Refunds & Returns Policy

At Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level, we are committed to transparency regarding our policies for puppy reservations, purchases, boarding services, and training services.
All Sales Are Final
By placing a deposit, making a purchase, or utilizing services through Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- All puppy deposits are non-refundable.
- All puppy purchases are non-refundable.
- All boarding service payments are non-refundable.
- All training service payments are non-refundable.
- Payments may not be canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back once submitted.
- Failure to complete pickup arrangements or utilize scheduled services does not qualify for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued due to personal circumstances, landlord restrictions, allergies, financial hardship, travel delays, family disagreements, or changes in lifestyle.
Why Payments Are Non-Refundable
Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level invests significant time, staffing, veterinary care, training, housing, scheduling, and preparation into every puppy and service reservation. Once a puppy or service is reserved, opportunities may be declined for other families and clients.
For these reasons, all payments are considered final upon receipt.
Returns
Due to the nature of live animals and personalized pet services, Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level does not accept returns of puppies, boarding services, training services, or related reservations.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after submitting payment.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, collections, legal remedies, and associated fees.
