1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging with Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any applicable policies referenced herein.

2. Company Services

Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level provides information, educational content, puppy placement services, boarding services, training services, and related pet services.

All descriptions, images, colors, estimated adult weights, coat types, and other information are provided in good faith but may vary naturally due to genetics and development.

3. Deposits, Payments, Refunds & Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

By submitting payment to Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All deposits placed toward a puppy are non-refundable.
  • All puppy purchases are non-refundable.
  • All payments for boarding services are non-refundable.
  • All payments for training services are non-refundable.
  • Deposits may not be reversed, disputed, or charged back once submitted.
  • Failure to complete pickup arrangements or utilize booked services does not entitle the customer to a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, allergies, landlord restrictions, travel issues, family disagreements, or changes in financial situation.

Because of the significant time, care, veterinary expenses, reservation commitments, staffing, and resources involved in preparing and reserving puppies and services, all payments are considered final once received.

Any exception to this policy shall be made solely at the discretion of Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level in writing.

4. Puppy Reservations & Availability

Placing a deposit does not guarantee a specific size, color, gender, coat texture, or breeding outcome unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Estimated adult weights and coat types are approximations only and are not guaranteed.

Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at any time for any reason deemed necessary, including concerns regarding animal welfare or safety.

5. Health & Veterinary Care

All puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care and vaccinations prior to placement unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Scheduling follow-up veterinary appointments
  • Maintaining vaccinations
  • Providing routine preventative care
  • Ensuring proper nutrition, supervision, and training

We strongly recommend that all puppies be examined by a licensed veterinarian shortly after arrival.

6. Boarding & Training Services

Clients utilizing boarding or training services acknowledge and accept that:

  • Animals may experience stress or behavioral changes during boarding or training
  • Results from training services may vary by dog
  • No specific behavioral outcome is guaranteed
  • Clients remain financially responsible for any veterinary care required during the stay due to illness, injury, or emergency

Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for aggressive, dangerous, or unhealthy animals.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission
  • Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or services at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, text, and website content are the property of Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Designer Mini Doodles / Next Level shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our website
  • Purchase or reservation of a puppy
  • Boarding or training services
  • Delays, illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid directly to us by the customer.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after submitting payment for services or reservations.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to pursue collection efforts
  • The customer may be responsible for legal fees, collection costs, and associated expenses
  • Any future services may be denied

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
